How to Make The Perfect Eyeliner

Today we will show you how to perfect the eyeliner in order to get that sexy look 

As you can see, in the tutorial picture we already have our eye shadows applied, but if you wish you can put them on afterwards and repeat the eyeliner – it depends on your own technique. If you are unsure of your ability to put on eyeliner, I would suggest you to apply the shades later, because there will be a lot of cotton bud usage!

So, as a start, you start your eyeliner from the corner of the eye, making the cat eye twist first. Then you make another line, connecting your upper and lower lid. When you are done with that, all you need to do is fill the uncolored area between the two lines and you are done!
