As you can see, in the tutorial picture we already have our eye shadows applied, but if you wish you can put them on afterwards and repeat the eyeliner – it depends on your own technique. So, as a start, you start your eyeliner from the corner of the eye, making the cat eye twist first. Then you make another line, connecting your upper and lower lid. When you are done with that, all you need to do is fill the uncolored area between the two lines and you are done!
